Good to Know Before You Order

To ensure every order is perfect and prepared with care, please review the following before placing your order.

Ordering Policy

Standard orders must be placed at least 2–3 days in advance. Custom orders and party packs require a minimum of one week's notice.
Full payment is required to confirm your order. For custom orders and party packs, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
Orders are not started until payment has been received.
Custom designs require detailed instructions at the time of booking.
For custom orders, please send us a message — we'd love to bring your vision to life.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Because every treat is handmade to order and prepared in advance, refunds are not offered for cancellations.
Need to change your pickup or delivery date? We're happy to reschedule once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your original scheduled date.

Pickup Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
All orders must be picked up within one hour of the scheduled pickup time. A $10 late fee applies to any order not collected within that window.
No refunds will be issued for late or unclaimed orders.
Running late? Please call or message us as soon as possible.
Melting Delights is not responsible for orders once they have left our hands.
