Ordering Policy

  • Standard orders must be placed at least 2–3 days in advance. Custom orders and party packs require a minimum of one week's notice.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your order. For custom orders and party packs, a $15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
  • Orders are not started until payment has been received.
  • Custom designs require detailed instructions at the time of booking.
  • For custom orders, please send us a message — we'd love to bring your vision to life.

Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. Because every treat is handmade to order and prepared in advance, refunds are not offered for cancellations.
  • Need to change your pickup or delivery date? We're happy to reschedule once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your original scheduled date.

Pickup Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup.
  • All orders must be picked up within one hour of the scheduled pickup time. A $10 late fee applies to any order not collected within that window.
  • No refunds will be issued for late or unclaimed orders.
  • Running late? Please call or message us as soon as possible.
  • Melting Delights is not responsible for orders once they have left our hands.
